Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath Friday April 5th 5:30 - 6:30 pm $25 Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, that allows your body to tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles into a place between wakefulness and sleep. A sound bath has been found to facilitate deep relaxation in the body and mind, lowering blood pressure, heart rate and eliciting a healing response. A great way to relax and renew! This class is for all levels. Min 4/Max 12 Registration required. Tai Chi Easy Spring Series Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 pm 5-week series April 22nd - May 20th $59 In this 5-week series you will learn the basic practice of Tai Chi Easy. The primary principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong are included in this simple approach to Tai Chi. The practice works to help calm the nervous system, improve brain plasticity and is a very powerful but simple approach to wellness. This series is for brand new students and those continuing their practice. Min 6/Max 12. Registration required. Tai Chi Easy Spring Series Wednesdays 9:00 - 10:00 am 5-week series May 1st - May 29th $59 In this 5-week series you will learn the basic practice of Tai Chi Easy.
