ABC Yoga
Alignment - Ideal alignment is a balanced posture in which positioning is centered and relaxed for all the joints. With joints in non-awkward positions, muscles relax and unnecessary tension can be released.
Balance - When your body and mind are balanced, you will have increased energy, better focus and a calm mind.
Core - As we build core strength, our bodies are better able to function properly making alignment and balance easier to achieve.

Yoga Instructor - Cathy Hauck RYT
Cathy is a 200-hour certified teacher with Yoga Alliance. After completing a teacher training course with Scott Anderson of Alignment Yoga in Blue Mounds, WI, she continues to study yoga and meditation practices.
